Unique Equipment, Fun Workouts, Extraordinary Results Aventura (Spanish for adventure!) Fitness has emerged as Idaho’s much needed solution to inefficient workouts, expensive membership contracts, and crowded gyms. Whether in a small group or personal training session participants will have fun, be challenged, and achieve goals. And, yes, it’s all guaranteed.
Treadmills are boring. Joints hate them, and they rarely produce results.
Circuit machines in traditional gyms are monotonous. They were designed for bodybuilders (maybe 1% of our population?), and they will almost certainly not produce the results most gym-goers are looking for.
Those two concepts sum up why over eighty percent of gym members either fail at achieving their goals or do not achieve long lasting results which is why they set the same new years resolutions year after year.

The fitness center i Q&A: Why do the pictures I download look so fuzzy in my materials… Ever wondered why the images you so painstakingly pirated downloaded from the web for your newsletter end up printing so fuzzy when they were so sharp onscreen?
It’s a matter of resolution.
Not one of those resolutions you vow to follow each new year, but image resolution.
Think of every picture as a tightly packed bunch of dots, so tiny and in such close proximity as to appear seamless. On your monitor in takes 72 of these pixels (that’s what your monitor’s dots are called) to fill a linear inch. We will then say that your onscreen pictures display a resolution of 72 pixels per inch (ppi).
Printed materials, on the other hand, generally require more, smaller dots to fill the same area. On average, every linear inch will contain 300 dots, which translates to your images having a resolution of 300 dots per inch (dpi).
So, does this mean you will never be able to use web images (72ppi) for print (300dpi)? Not necessarily.

Losing Weight. Bad Eating Habits. Negativity. Bitterness
One of my New Year Resolutions was to lose the pregnancy weight. Considering that my daughter is turned two this month, I thought it was high time that I got started on this goal. However, I didn’t want to take the old dieting and exercising routine to lose the weight. I wanted it to be more holistic and complete. So, I decided to do a bit of research and first start a detox program for the body, mind and soul. A complete package where I don’t just rid my body of the toxins, but also get rid of any negativity, anger, resentment or bitterness that may be buried deep within me. A cleansing not just for the colon but also for the mind and soul ***smiling***
Plus, given the recent success of the Sexy New Girlfriend Project, I was determined to make my weight loss more meaningful and complete. So, here is what I’m planning to do to detoxify my body, mind and soul and embark on a weight loss program that’ll leave me feeli Internet Marketing-How Can I Help You?
It's been over a month since a made my last blog post and shame on me! I have already broken one of my new year's resolutions, which was to make a blog post at least once a week. Well I am going to make it up to you over the next month or two.
I still have to tell you about Alex Jeffreys workshop that I went to in Las Vegas. I think I will create a page dedicated to that instead of just making a blog post. We'll see. Please take a few minutes to watch the video below. I have some announcements about things to come and what I am going to be doing.
Please don't forget to leave a comment and let me know what topics you would like to have me cover over the next couple months. Also, show a little love and tweet this post or use one of the bookmarking buttons below.

So, here we are already going into the 3rd month of the year. Damn, where did the time just go? Remember those New Year’s resolutions you made? Well, how’s all that going, by the way? Are you still on the path to reaching your goal, or did you already jump off of the bus?
I say bus instead of, say, train, because accomplishing anything worthwhile is usually a slow, steady process, and just like you do when on a long bus ride, you have to be patient, and find ways to keep yourself pumped up and enthusiastic about your journey.
If you have fallen off already, no worries. Just dust yourself off, and get back on. To motivate yourself, think back on that vision you had at the beginning of the year — you fit, slimmer, in shape and wearing that sexy bikini or Speedo on the beach. You (men) out in the sunshine, working with your shirt off, muscle Making the most of March Since this month marks my personal New Year holiday, this post from Vintage Indie was a perfect find. The rituals of making resolutions, spring cleaning, "shaking the house" are so fitting for this time of year (in the northern hemisphere) when new leaves are turning.
1. Are you allowing toxic relationships to run your life?
2. Do you surround yourself with people who control your thoughts?
3. Are you hanging on to any bad habits?
4. Do you have a poor attitude?
5. Are you allowing fear to keep you from stepping out?
6. Is discouragement keeping you from your dreams?
7. Are you holding on when you know you should let go?
It’s clearly a good time to freshen up one’s priorities, and recharge one’s badass batteries. Take stock. Be gentle but firm. Look at La Chanel up there, she is telling you to get it together!
{Sadly, this photo is bopping all around the tubes without a credit. If you have a proper credit, please let Television We really enjoyed watching the Olympics this time around. I know a lot of it was our HDTV. It has a larger screen, no glare & beautiful, clear picture and makes watching whatever we choose a joy. I got so used to our old TV & not really seeing what we were watching, that over a year after buying the new one, I'm still enthralled with it. We did a lot of comparison shopping when we bought ours, we wanted to make sure we got the best one we could afford & that we didn't didn't get screwed over because we didn't understand the terminology. I don't think we've ever researched a product as much as we did our TV, we looked at all of the brands, including the Samsung HDTV, all of the sizes & resolutions. We researched which size would be best for the space we were in (and it still works for this house, too). We checked out the different resolutions & how each would work for everything we use a TV for. It was fun & we left the experience knowing we got exactly what we wanted. It rally has made TRUST - WHAT CONSUMERS REALLY WANT FROM THEIR BANKS Amidst re-branding moves as well as Jan sales, brand brand new consumer investigate is display that banks should unequivocally be focusing upon how they can reconstruct certitude in between themselves as well as a UK open prior to gripping up appearances as well as charity cash-back to brand brand new savers.
